Use of any common material on RojaDesign indicates that you have already read our terms of use and confirms that we act when our terms are violated. In other words, by using any work distributed on our website, you confirm that you will comply with our terms of use and that you agree to take the necessary action on our part in the event of non-compliance.

Legitimate use

Fair use" is a license used by RojaDesign to use multimedia content such as images, audio or video, which may or may not be protected by copyright. These materials are not included in any collaborative work and are only used for demonstrations, exercises and examples.

The use of any material published on our website (purchased or available for free) implies that you have accepted our terms and conditions. The downloaded work may contain an additional license to the one indicated on the page, which will always be attached, depending on the circumstances.


All design templates are licensed under the International Creative Commons 4.0 (CC BY 4.0) license. RojaDesign provides a non-exclusive limited license for all add-ons and designs published on its own. The license reads as follows.

Attribution - You must give credit to the work in the manner specified by the author or licensor.

Non-commercial - This work may not be used for commercial purposes without the express permission of the licensor.

Title - You may not transfer rights to another person. All works on our website are the exclusive property of RojaDesign, unless otherwise specified in the license agreement.

In addition, the Creative Commons 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence gives you indirect permission from the author:

Sharing - Copying and distributing material in any medium or format, always attaching the original (RedDesign).

Adaptation - modify, convert, adapt and rely on copyrighted material, subject to license terms.


You may express your opinion for as long as you wish, without distorting the subject or violating our terms, otherwise part of your comment may be censored or removed altogether. Please note the following points to avoid violations:

External Links - You are allowed to leave links in your comments if you do so for the purpose of soliciting support. If your site or blog contains infringing material, the link will be censored, but the comment will still be available.

Abuse - Respect is paramount if the comment is made to cause discomfort to others, it will be removed.

Comments can only be posted if they have something to do with the topic in which they remain. Usually, these comments are not deleted, but you may not get a response.

Multimedia Files - If a comment contains screenshots or videos showing the URL of a blog, make sure the site does not infringe the copyrights of any company and/or individual. If the capture is supported, just crop the detail you want to display.

If these conditions are violated, penalties range from deleting the comment to banning the account on disks that was used to comment on rejadesign.
